27 Dec - Day 1 Take-off for Ouarzazate. Transfer to your hotel for the night. Flights usually arriving about 23h15, this first night is thus without the dinner. This offer includes the hotel Tichka Salam 3 *, in double room, recently renovated and located in a calm place, in the background of the great tourist centers. Possibility of Riad Salam 4 * (in the same enclosure), or a simple hotel, at more advantageous price.
28 Dec - Day 2 Departure on the morning in 4x4 with driver from Ouarzazate to Mhamid (250km = 4 hours of road), passing by the valley from Drâa and its thousand and one thousand-year-old Kasbahs, skirting a palm plantation on more than 200 km. Passage by the towns of Agdz and Zagora. Arrival in Mhamid, last village of the valley, end of the asphalt road, with the doors of the desert; lunch in our Iriqui hotel. Afternoon : continuation in 4x4 with driver for the Oasis Sacree (50 km = 1.5 hours), dinner and night in the Oasis bivouac. "L’Oasis Sacree d’Oum Laalag" is located in full desert, with about 50 km from Mhamid and stretches and on 15 ha; it’s an ideal place of relaxation, within a framework idyllic, with palm trees, spring water, biological culture and park with animals. It presents an infrastructure of quality: nomadic tents for the restaurant and the nights, sheltered from the wind and in the shade of the palm trees, toilets and showers, and also a kitchen, the whole built out of solid materials.
29 Dec - Day 3 After breakfast, departure in the caravan, with discovered desert, in life of nomad. Possibility to walk or to ride the camel, to your convenience; night in bivouac. The meals are prepared on the wood fire, by your guides/camel drivers. The experience of the caravan is an ideal way to discover the desert and the life of the nomads. You will be accompanied by people originating in the desert, who will be happy to make you discover their habits. The landscapes crossed during the caravan make it possible to discover and to appreciate the diversity of the desert: sometimes stone extents, then the presence of a small vegetation, or the sand dunes.
30 Dec - Day 4 Continuation of the caravan, lunch in the desert. Arrival in the afternoon at the dunes of Chgaga to watch the sunset. Dinner and night under canvas at the bivouacs of St Exupéry at the foot of the dunes. During the caravan, to count about 2.5 hours of walk (or dromedary) the morning, then idem the afternoon, after a long break of relaxation for the lunch. The camel drivers respect the rate of each one, and the advance of the caravan is done according to the capacity and the endurance of people.
31 Dec - Day 5 Caravan on the morning and lunch in the desert. Arrival in the "Oasis Sacree", preparation for the evening.
31 Dec - The New Year’s Eve does under a starry sky in the Oasis around a large fire. A delicious traditional dinner will be been useful, including a mechoui (whole sheep cooked in a special furnace : speciality of festival) couscous, and fruits of season, as well as Moroccan pastry makings. Evening with nomadic folklore, night in bivouac in the Oasis.
01 Jan - Day 6 Birth of the New Year in an environment of peace and serenity ; a dazzling of sensation and a feeling of complete expansion. Relaxing day in the Oasis bivouac, discovered place, possibility of walk around the Oasis; dinner and night in the Oasis bivouac.
02 Jan - Day 7 After breakfast return by the track to Mhamid for the lunch in our hotel Iriqui. In the afternoon to go up time by Zagora and Agdz for Ouarzazate. Transfer to the hotel Tichka Salam 3* for dinner and night.
03 Jan - Day 8 Transfer to the airport for flight of return.
